Your Role : Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at RXMG, you'll be at the forefront of our tech evolution. Here's what you can expect :

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead and participated in platform 24x7x365 uptime planning, optimization, and implementation, including on-call support.
• Provide technical leadership and operational oversight for critical business operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production, disaster recovery, and certification systems.
• Analyze and optimize platform performance and investigate software defects.
• Assisted in resolving build / deployment issues and drove capacity planning decisions.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and contribute to capacity planning meetings.

Qualifications :

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in NGINX / Apache configuration and security fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of incident and problem management and configuration management.
• Experience or understanding of JIRA, Confluence, and PagerDuty.

Bonus Skills :

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PHP, Python, Terraform).
• Google Cloud Certifications, AWS certification, and experience with Kubernetes clusters.
• Prior experience building CI / CD pipelines and server administration with SaltStack.
