Job Description for Advanced Practice Provider for Weekend shift at Piedmont Hospital. Atlanta Diabetes Associates is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our team.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for providing excellent care to our endocrine patients during the weekends.
The schedule will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; four 10-hour days. You will work closely with our physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests. - Develop and implement treatment plans. - Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

- Active Advanced Practice Provider license. - Master's degree in nursing or related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
