Join the Yale-Waterbury Internal Medicine Residency Program and be part of our dynamic and innovative team. We are seeking an experienced Program Director who is passionate about ambulatory resident education.

This opportunity provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of internal medicine physicians while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

This position oversees and ensures the quality of didactic and clinical education, along with monitor resident supervision in both in inpatient and outpatient rotations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program
  • Minimum of 3 years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) administrative experience prior to appointment
  • Current ABIM certification, current medical licensure, and appropriate medical staff appointment
