Truelines client, a prestigious, AV-rated law firm recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work For by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking an Employment Litigation Partner to join their California Labor & Employment Practice.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment, along with strong management and supervisory skills.
Job Highlights :
- Position : Employment Litigation Partner
- Location : Flexible with Admittance to the California Bar
- Compensation : $200,000-$300,000 annually (Exact compensation based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors)
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years of handling all aspects of employment litigation experience, including wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA.
- Proven experience in supervision and management of multiple attorneys.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Expertise in handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies.
- Experience with appearances in Federal and State courts related to employment litigation.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in California.
