We are currently seeking an Automotive Mobile Service Technician to join our service department and represent our dealership in the field through Ford's Mobile Service Program.

Job Type & Schedule

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, flexible hours based on service demand

Work Requirements :

Work Schedule : 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute : Easton, MA (Required)

Work Location : Primarily off-site; must be comfortable performing repairs at customer locations

Salary Range

$25.00 per hour (overtime eligible)

Plus, a weekly bonus of $5.00 per Mobile Service repair orders completed and $5.00 per hour produced.

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Automotive Mobile Service Technician to join our team. This position focuses on performing maintenance and light repairs off-site through Ford's Mobile Service Program. You'll be equipped with a fully stocked Mobile Service vehicle and will perform factory recalls, diagnostics, and maintenance for our customers at their businesses or homes.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and confident working independently while maintaining the quality standards of the Ford brand.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership and factory standards

Complete factory recalls through the Ford Mobile Service Program at customer locations

Diagnose and repair engines, electrical systems, and other components as needed

Communicate clearly with the Service Manager and Mobile Service Coordinator regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times

Execute warranty repairs following Ford manufacturer specifications

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Mobile Service vehicle

Ensure a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all job sites

Qualifications

2+ years of professional Service Technician experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ford Certification preferred

Previous experience at a Ford dealership a plus

B-Level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Must be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
