STS Technical Services
is hiring Avionics Flight Line Technicians in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania .
Position Summary :
To assist in the transfer of helicopters from the Production line to Flight Line. Perform incoming inspections. Assemble, modify & install wire bundles, components, and other avionic equipment.
Perform function testing in accordance with applicable job cards. Perform aircraft test procedures to avionic systems. Perform crimping and de-pin and pin of electrical connectors.
Perform troubleshooting activity on avionic systems. General knowledge of ground support equipment.
Job Duties :
- Testing of avionic systems
- Install avionic equipment and troubleshooting
- Ensure cleanliness of hangar area and workspace
- Preparing helicopter for customer delivery
- On the Job Training
- Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma. A college degree is a plus.
- 5 years rotor wing aviation experience
