SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
Job responsibilities : Master full functionality of internal tools to maximize positive EBIDTA earning opportunities for dedicated client Handle ever-changing priorities and difficult client conversations Craft, implement, monitor, and adjust revenue management strategies that maximize earnings Maintain optimal client product pricing competitiveness with data analysis, rate audits and benchmarking Work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution, analysis, and optimization of revenue objectives Manage multiple preferred supplier relationships that achieve successful financial objectives Involved in client driven projects targeting program growth Ongoing development and optimization of existing relationships utilizing entrepreneurial methodologies that create incremental revenue streams Provide effective quantitative and qualitative modeling and analysis to prove and measure supplier agreement value and opportunity Create an environment of learning from data to best understand historical data sets, market dynamics, competitor pricing, demand generators Establish seasonality impact understanding and price elasticity awareness Ownership for creating detailed reporting by travel product type and clientRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Advanced applicable travel industry knowledge and experience - 5+ years Demonstrate highly developed analytical skills Exceptional Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook competency Basic technical aptitude of understanding API and supplier connections Advanced communication and story telling skills to report out key metrics, finding, challenges, opportunities, and financial impacts to senior leadership and to clientsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills : Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and multi-task effectively Ability to prioritize to meet various needs and problem solve Demonstrates excellent communication skills and is comfortable sharing analysis insights and key findings to executives and clients Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
