is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer for our IT Applications Development / Support Department. The IT Applications Development team is responsible for Enterprise application development, Business Intelligence and ERP support.

This position would collaborate with other team members to provide custom solutions for our business.The POWER IT Applications Development team is geographically dispersed and offers it’s members the opportunity to work in a remote, in-office or hybrid work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems.Create and manage pipelines for deploying softwareSupport, maintain, and document software functionality.

Analyze code to find root causes of errors and revise programs as needed.Consult with end users to define and implement new functionality.

Continuously monitor and improve the processes, procedures, and efficiency of our development environment.Groom and prioritize the application backlogs.

Perform audits and implement security best practices.Required Education / Experience : A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or management information systems from an accredited university.

Experience withC#,Visual StudioSQL, Relational DataHtml, CSS, JavaScriptStrong verbal and written communication skills.Good problem-solving skills and initiative to take ownership of tasks.

Ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed team.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Candidate must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.
