Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Duties : The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients / residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor.

Sign-on Bonus : $3,000 for Full-Time , $1,500 for Part-Time, paid after 90 days.

Qualifications :

• Graduation from high school.
• Possess a current, valid certification issued by the California State Department of Health Service (new grads welcome to apply).

About the campus : Crestwood Manor in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility serving individuals from a number of California communities.

The facility provides long-term treatment services to people with a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs for example, Alzheimer’s or dementia.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range : $23 $26 USD
