Worldwide premier company experiencing year over year extensive growth is adding a Senior Manager of Finance to their growing Corporate Team.
Reporting to the CFO, this individual will be a strategic business partner. Offering a strong base salary, bonus and equity.
The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in driving the strategic planning and financial analysis process globally.
The primary responsibilities will be ownership of the analytical framework for strategic financial decisions and designing and managing the forecasting and budgeting processes.
Working directly with both the executive team and key stakeholders you will produce actionable insights and enable data-driven financial decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Understands key business drivers of company both short term and long range and uses this information to create financial models
- Provides leadership on management of worldwide planning and forecasting activities
- Ability to gather, manipulate and manage large amounts of data from a variety of sources, understand complex relationships of the data and draw conclusions to recommend the best course of action.
- Understands how to gather and utilize external benchmarking and comparatives
- Ensures the integrity and timeliness of all internal and external reporting
- Is creative and resourceful in preparation of financial analysis
- Partners with internal stake holders to insure usefulness of processes and insightfulness of financial reporting
- Works with cross-functional teams to design metrics, dashboards and operational reporting
- Drives investor presentation materials
- Interfaces closely with accounting organization to improve process
- Mentors and guides the growth of staff
- Hands on and helps in needs of a dynamic and fast growing organization
Minimum requirements
- 10+ years in FP&A or related field
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to design and maintain complex financial models and to create high quality
