DescriptionAs a Principal Product Manager - Technical in our Global Logistics Inbound Supply Chain Product Team, you'll lead the strategy and implementation of cutting-edge warehousing solutions that optimize inbound supply chains worldwide.

You'll drive innovation in transportation planning, execution, and warehousing tools, ensuring exceptional reliability, speed, and customer experience at the lowest cost.

Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and own the product strategy for warehousing solutions, balancing business needs with technical constraintsIdentify new product opportunities through market analysis and deep understanding of customer needsLead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products from concept to launchAnalyze existing products and metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovationPresent strategic plans and results to senior management with confidence and clarityA day in the lifeIn this role, you'll start your day collaborating with engineering teams to refine product requirements and discuss technical feasibility.

You'll then meet with business stakeholders to gather insights on market trends and customer pain points. Throughout the day, you'll analyze product metrics, prioritize feature requests, and make data-driven decisions to guide product development.

You may also spend time preparing presentations for senior leadership, showcasing your team's progress and future roadmap.

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
