About the team
As the ShopTab Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.
- Responsible for TikTok e-commerce Shoptab products, mainly including the optimization of the order and shopping cart, and being responsible for the scale and conversion rate of mall users;
- Understand user needs in depth, gain insights into users, continuously explore users' needs in e-commerce shopping, and design product functions, strategies, and mechanisms;
- Combine business status, data analysis, user research, and other methods to gain insights and explore new growth points and optimization directions for the product;
- Collaborate with global teams, coordinate internal and external resources, actively drive and coordinate relevant teams such as technology and operations, and effectively promote to ensure the high-quality landing of the project;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent logical and structural thinking, good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good user perspective and product design ability, be able to deeply understand user needs and ensure user shopping experience;
- Goal-oriented, excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in e-commerce.
