This position involves outside commercial lines sales, focusing on driving business sales, retention, and growing existing client revenue. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and participating in industry and sales training events.

Responsibilities include :

Achieving annual sales targets of $175k within specific industry verticals.

Developing and executing sales plans and prospecting strategies.

Retaining at least 92% of business year over year with support from leadership.

Engaging in industry meetings, seminars, and networking events.

Using USI tools for sales automation and client management.

Qualifications include :

3+ years of sales experience in insurance brokerage with a proven success record.

Property & Casualty insurance license required.

Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Degree preferred but not mandatory.
