Location : Manchester, NH
Duration : Full-Time; 2024-2025 Academic Year
Caseload : We have three positions : 2 middle school openings; self-contained classroom. 1 elementary school opening; autism classroom

Position Overview :
This role involves working closely with educators, parents, and specialists to provide personalized support and resources, helping students excel both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
- Use evidence-based practices and innovative technologies to create engaging learning experiences.
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies for maximum success.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and specialists to support student development.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about their child's progress and goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Valid Special Education Teaching License or eligibility for certification.
- Experience with students who have a range of learning needs and disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with assistive technology and adaptive tools.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and positive behavior support strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
