COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS / DMD)
- Up to $221,568 guaranteed Salary
- $50,000 Sign-on bonus
- 401K Match, 100% match up to 4% employee contribution, another 50% match toward 5% - 6%
- 25 Days PTO in year 1, jumps to 30 days PTO year 2 + Holidays
- Qualified FQHC site - Up to $50,000 in Federal school loan assistance for 2 years of service

- Federally Qualified Health Center setting (FQHC) - Qualified for Federal school loan assistance
- General Dentistry - Variety of case-mix including crowns, bridges, endo, and dentures
- Monday-Friday Schedule
- H1B Visa Sponsorship available for providers with DDS / DMD credentials
