Salary : $110-$180 per visit
$50 Bonus for first patient, and every 5th Patient until you have received 5 bonuses totaling $250. Additional $50 per patient bonus for first SOC, and every 5th SOC until you have received 5 bonuses totaling $250.
You can receive two Bonuses per patient occasionally, and the total of both bonuses is $500.
Provide Direct Patient care to a diversified population. Update documentation with training / assistance from other staff.
We use Wellsky, formerly Kinnser as our software.
Initial interview can be remote, final interview at our office in Sacramento as we have additional forms to fill out.
The pay is on a Per Diem (Per visit) basis and each visit will consist of drive time and approximately 20-60 minutes of Therapy.
Some visits will take longer and will be paid at a higher rate. The rates are per visit, Indeed does not have that option so I posted it as per hour which is as close as I could come.
Home health requires one year of Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility experience in the United States.
Because this is a Home Health job we require additional documentation such as Drivers License, SSN card, TB test, Physical Exam, Auto Insurance, CPR / BLS card, Immunization record, Covid-19 Vaccination card.
