The successful candidate will be a crucial management team member responsible for efficient and effective labour productivity, quality control, safety, and fostering outstanding customer relationships.
The role demands a high sense of urgency and involves responding promptly and professionally to internal and external customers.
You will work proactively with service / shop technicians and office personnel to meet and exceed service expectations, manage technician assignments, and oversee equipment repairs in the field and the shop.
