Your key responsibilities :

  • Design and construct high-performance data processing systems
  • Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines for efficiency and scalability
  • Implement automated data quality checks to ensure data integrity
  • Manage and enhance data storage solutions, including both relational and NoSQL databases
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and integrate data from multiple sources
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization with BI dashboards and datasets
  • Actively participate in the architectural council, contributing to the evolution of our data platform
  • Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for :

  • Knowledge of Python, DBT and ClickHouse SQL is a must
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MariaDB and MS SQL
  • Familiar with data processing tools like Apache Airflow, Pentaho
  • Familiar with cloud data tools (Matillion, Snowflake, dbt cloud, Azure BLOB storage)
  • Expertise in developing dashboards and reports
  • Strong communication skills to articulate data concepts to a varied audience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle complex data challenges
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively within and across teams
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced FinTech environment
  • Strategic thinking to contribute to long-term data initiatives
  • Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like Cursor, CLINE / RooCode, Windsurf, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks
