Job Description :

A field operation manager is responsible for monitoring the overall operational procedures of different organization's branches, ensuring the efficiency of staff's performance, and developing strategic techniques to maximize productivity and work quality.

Field operation managers support the recruitment process by conducting interviews, improve project management and field operations approach, track deliverables, handle budget and allocate resources, and identify business opportunities that would generate more revenues and increase profitability.

A field operation manager must have excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in responding to customers' inquiries and concerns and resolving complaints.

Responsibilities :

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the HVAC division's team members.
• Perform weekly meetings with each department in order to maintain progress.
• Manage hiring and the overall project management and field operations team.
• Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate career growth opportunities for employees.
• Able to resolve any issues arising from project or field
• Oversee the planning and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Perform weekly job site visits to monitor crew performance, schedules, quality, safety, material, equipment and budgets are under control
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage the division's budget, analyzing financial data and making strategic decisions to achieve profitability targets.
• Identify cost-saving measures without compromising service quality or safety.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the HVAC division's client base.
• Responsible for General Contractor and Customer relations
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, promoting the company's services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and innovations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the division's team members and clients.

Candidate MUST have Mechanical degree and experience in the field

Requirements :

• Provider of solutions and completed work.
• Availability and to work construction schedule.
• Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree)
• 7 plus years of experience in construction management position
• 7 plus years of mechanical experience in the field
• EPA Certified
• OSHA 30
• Valid State of Florida Driver's License with good driving record
