The BSN Program Coordinator position is a full-time position that reports to the Associate Dean of Nursing. The BSN Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, including the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and general effectiveness of the program.
Also, the BSN Program Coordinator teacher in his / her assigned area, works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction, plans, implements and carries out faculty training and development.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate will possess effective interpersonal and written communication skills and meet the required qualifications below :
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher
- Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in Tennessee or in one of the eNLC compact states.
- Experience teaching at the post-secondary level.
- Preferred - Proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning.
