Report to Customer Service Representative Manager
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming and outgoing customer service calls to collect payments.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and customer retention.
Answer incoming customer service calls
Outgoing payment collection calls
Following up on prospects
Reports CRM issues
Print titles sent to lien holder
Receive titles with the lien holder
Close file folders
Work on the Dealer payoff list
Place stops on registrations
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish / English)
Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Previous CRM experience preferred.
