Description :
Work closely with the kitchen team and Executive Chef to ensure that our dishes are executed perfectly and in a timely manner through service.
The line cook will tackle all projects related to the BOH, including but not limited to :
- Prepping out your station
- Working a station throughout service and upholding all Watershed K&B standards
- Menu item creation and execution
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Unpacking, putting away and breaking down produce orders
Job Requirements :
- Strong knife skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adjust to the situation at hand
- A strong sense of community and a genuine love of hospitality and people
- An eagerness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work and communicate as a team to ensure the shift moves as efficiently as possible
- A focus on building a genuine experience that is shared beyond the walls of our company
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job including standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, and kneeling
- Work with potential allergenic properties involved in food preparation
