Sales Engineer – Factory Automation & Robotic Welding
Location : Pewaukee, WI (Onsite; within 45-minute commute)
Employment : Full-time, Permanent W-2 (No remote | No relocation)
Compensation : Up to $125,000 + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal engineering teams to design bespoke automation and robotic welding solutions
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and lead design-review sessions
- Source vendor components, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery timelines
- Craft competitive, profitable sales proposals based on customer requirements
- Travel domestically and internationally to support customer installations and project kick-offs
Requirements
What You Bring
2-year engineering degree in a relevant field3+ years of sales application engineering experience in factory automation1+ year hands-on experience with industrial robots, robotic welding, electric motors / servos, and PLCsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutionsProven track record of building profitable proposals and closing complex projectsWillingness to travel as needed
