Our client is a multi-client 3rd party warehousing associated services. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Calumet City, IL facility.
This is a trial-to-hire opportunity. 1st Shift 8am - 5pm
Pay will start at $16 / hour
What you will do :
- Process customer orders in WMS and customer systems daily
- Communicate effectively with the customer, carriers, warehouse personnel,
management, etc.
- Can multi-task check-in drivers and answer phones.
- Provides support to the warehouse and Operations Manager when needed.
- Proficient in Office products and email communications.
- Processes weekly and end-of-month billing in a timely manner.

Requirements :
- Prior experience with Third-party warehouse or logistics setting
- Must have Hazardous materials knowledge and prepare DOT
documents experience.
- Strong Computer skills / Data entry
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
