Order verification;
Assessment of medication selection,
- Dosing regimen, and administration;
- Provide drug information and education;
Drug therapy monitoring services; and drug procurement at the medical center.
Works closely with medical providers and nursing staff to ensure optimal care is provided.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department operations or service outcomes.
Evaluates medication drug therapies.
Answers questions about drug information.
Supervises technician activities and medication management processes.
Precepts pharmacy students and help precept and oversee pharmacy residents.
What you must have :
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
Pharmacist Licensure in Arizona
5 years of experience Pharmacist
Preferred : Doctorate in Pharmacy
Other Information :
Work Schedule : Primarily Monday-Friday (8 : 00 5 : 00 PM)

Pay rate is $54-$70 or $112,000-$145,000 annually
