Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including the selection, onboarding, training, and supervision of team members.
- Ensure excellent results in guest service, food quality, sales, profits, and cost management.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
- Ensure facility safety and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with all regulations.

Qualifications :
- Proficient in reading and writing.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
