A law firm in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Debt Finance Associate Attorney.
Job Overview :
Join a team dedicated to driving growth in private credit, acquisition financing, special situations, restructuring, and private equity practices, vital to the firm's strategic objectives.
Duties :
- Manage a broad range of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring, reorganizations, and general corporate finance.
- Contribute actively to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and private equity-related corporate finance transactions.
Requirements :
- Admittance to and good standing with the Texas Bar.
- 7-10 years of experience in debt finance or related fields.
- Preferred experience as a key member of deal teams, overseeing signings, closings, and drafting initial documentation.
Education & Certifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Skills :
- Proficiency in debt finance and corporate law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail in complex transactions.
