We are immediately hiring a registered nurse / RN for a client in Saratoga Springs.
The shifts needed : Friday and Saturday 8pm to 7 : 30am. The client is SCI and HCP.
He has spasms in lower extremities and skin breakdown. Cares would be G-tube feedings, med management, straight cathing, bowel care, transferring, rotating to prevent skin breakdown, weight management (he's very thin), and all ADL's.
$45 / hour for RN.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse / RN :
Provide thoughtful care to client based on personalized Plan of Care
Provide in-home assessments for client
Monitor and track changes in the client's conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
Proactively updates client’s family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
Requirements for Registered Nurse / RN :
Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with a hoyer lift.
