St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for St.
Peter's Internal Medicine and Pediatrics located in Albany, New York.
St. Peter's Internal Medicine and Pediatrics prides itself in providing high-quality health care services for the entire family, from birth to geriatric care.
Services include routine pediatric, adult, and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, daycare or insurance);
routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
The practice offers after-hours on-call phone coverage and is a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Call is shared via a call group.
Requirements for this opportunity :
- Board Certified
- NYS licensure and DEA required
- At least 2-3 years of experience required
- Ability and willingness to treat all groups is required
This is an exciting opportunity for the right Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Â
