provided for OR / Cath Lab- COVID-19 Vaccine required; medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed- References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required- Candidates may float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals- Expected to work 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)- Modules are non-billable, with an average of 16 hours spent, and completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts- Orientation includes 40 hours of non-billable training Additional Information : Communication devices will be supplied if required for the assignment- Time spent on completing modules is self-reported and recorded
