Manager Warehouse Operations Warehouse
East Dallas TX Millwork - 11100 Plano Road (75238), 11100 Plano Road, Dallas, Texas, United States of America Req #25405 Thursday, February 24, 2022 Directs and oversees warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories to all locations throughout the region.
- Plans and schedules department functions to ensure the prompt delivery of merchandise of the kind and in the amount ordered.
- Manages and oversees the daily activities of warehouse employees.
- Establishes standards and operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing and shipping of products and materials to include review of work orders, consumption reports and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods;
issues work assignments.
Supervises assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews;
rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelors degree in Business or related field and six (6) years of warehouse experience; or equivalent education and experience.
