We are currently seeking a licensed School Psychologist to join our team and provide crucial services to students in New York.

Job Description :

As a Virtual School Psychologist with VocoVision, you will offer essential psychological services remotely, helping students in New York to overcome academic and emotional challenges.

You will conduct assessments, deliver counseling, and work collaboratively with educators and parents to foster a supportive learning environment.

This position allows for a flexible work schedule while making a significant impact on students lives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students mental health and academic success.
• Develop and implement intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Recommend accommodations and modifications based on assessment findings.
• Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to school-wide strategies aimed at improving student outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Active New York School Psychologist license (required).
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting, with preference given to those with virtual experience.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and educators.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
