Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. As a key member of Reparo Health, you will provide virtual psychiatric care, including assessments, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues.

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while supporting individuals across Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments via telehealth platforms.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with therapists and other healthcare providers.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide education to clients and families on psychiatric conditions, treatment options, and medications.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Illinois.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DEA license.
  • Experience in psychiatric care preferred, especially in telehealth or outpatient settings.
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and high-quality care.
