You'll gain valuable experience, earn great pay, and even have the chance to turn this into a full-time role after graduation.

What You'll Do :

As part of our summer crew, you'll support our team with essential tasks on active construction sites. You can expect :

Working with Materials : Digging, spreading, and leveling dirt and gravel with shovels and picks.

• Helping Out the Team : Lifting, carrying, and holding materials, tools and supplies as needed.
• Keeping Things Clean : Cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and productive job site.
• Learning Basic Skills : Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt using hand tools.
• Supporting Construction Tasks : Assisting with pipe assembly, cutting, laying, removing concrete forms, and guiding equipment operators.

Qualifications

Education : Must be currently enrolled in high school, GED, or trade school program.

• Experience : Entry-level; previous related work is a plus.
• Requirements : valid driver's license.

• Able to work efficiently under deadlines
