Pay Range : $15.50 – $30.00+ / hour (DOE)

Shift Options :

• Days : Monday–Friday or Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
• Evenings : Monday–Thursday, 4 : 30 PM – 3 : 00 AM
• Additional : Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM | Occasional Saturdays as needed

Locations : Tulsa, Sand Springs, and West Tulsa, OK

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

Environment : Climate-Controlled Facilities Available

Stand-By Personnel is now hiring for multiple CNC and Machining positions across the Tulsa area. Openings include CNC Machinists, CNC Laser Operators, CNC Operators, and Manual Machinists. These roles range from entry-level operators to experienced setup and programming professionals. Each position offers stable hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for long-term growth in precision manufacturing environments.

Available Positions

CNC Machinist – Vertical Mill

Pay : $21–$29 / hour | Shift : Monday–Thursday, 4 : 30 PM – 3 : 00 AM | Location : Tulsa, OK

Operate 3-axis HAAS Vertical Mills in a climate-controlled environment. Requires setup experience, blueprint reading, and precision measuring skills.

Requirements : Minimum 1 year of CNC experience (lathe / mill / manual), own tools and toolbox, and ability to pass an on-site CNC test.

CNC Laser Operator

Pay : $18–$25 / hour | Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM | Location : Tulsa, OK

Program and operate a 6KW laser plate cutter with a shuttle table to cut steel and aluminum.

Requirements : 2+ years of CNC laser experience, proficiency with BySoft, SigmaNEST, or similar software , and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Operate and maintain CNC machines in a precision-focused, climate-controlled facility. Must have 7+ years of experience, strong tooling knowledge, and attention to quality and efficiency.

Requirements : Previous CNC experience preferred, mechanical aptitude, and reliability.
