Job Description

The Facilities Specialist is responsible for performing routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs and conducting minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. This role supports the upkeep and maintenance of the infrastructure of commercial buildings, with a particular focus on assisting with repairs and maintaining accurate maintenance and delivery logs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities for maintenance needs.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of commercial building infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and delivery logs.
• Complete incident or repair reports when necessary.
• Manage work orders and documentation efficiently.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 / hr.
