Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity in Georgia - Excellent Salary & Signing Bonus!!
Medical Center has opened a search for a pediatric hospitalist who will join the pediatric group. The schedule is seven on and seven off.
Regarding the seven days on, the Hospitalist will be responsible for all pediatric calls which include mommy calls, ER, nursery and inpatient calls.
All pediatric admissions are the responsibility of the Hospitalist. Presently, we average 5-8 admissions to the medical floor per week, an average of 17 newborns per week and anywhere from 5 - 25 mommy calls per night.
Medical Center also transfers 3-4 NICU babies per month to Savannah. Medical Center is a Level 1 nursery with excellent supporting staff.
The selected candidate will be an employee of the Health system and can expect a $90,000 retention bonus and a beginning base salary of $190,000 with incentives.
We pay for all relocation costs and our benefit package is exceptional. Malpractice is $1 / 3 million with a $10 million umbrella.
