AmeriStaff, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to fill an opening with a company located in South Boston, VA.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative : + High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong and basic math skills.
- Proficient in both Excel and Word applications.
- Bookkeeping experience with data entry capabilities.
- Must have a willingness to take charge of customer concerns.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of individuals.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Benefits of the Customer Service Representative :
- Full Time.
- Monday-Friday.
- 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
- $14.00-$15.50 / hour. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :
- Maintain a Customer First Attitude.
- Ability to manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Use industry data base software to keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and protect documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
