The preferred candidate will be located in Fremont, CA. This role can also be remote with travel weekly to the Fremont, CA office location.
Expectation to be in the office 1-2 times per week and as needed.

What you will do :
- Define and support Global Sales Excellence curriculums and programs to support business success through the definition of effective sales excellence functional learning
- Develop curriculum path and programs in partnership with the functional leaders and HR function.
- Lead & Develop complete Internal selling excellence Training programs for our NV employees
- Develop organizational capabilities by working closely with internal & external Customers in identifying unmet needs within the education space and partner with them to create and implement training curriculum & dedicated programs for sales, Marketing and functions
- The position holder will work closely with key staff to identify opportunities to improve sales and Marketing performance to meet our functional business imperatives.
- Define a career path ensuring staff at all levels of their expertise can develop the skills required to do their job, grow in their role and be prepared for future opportunities.
- Analyze competitive education and training activities to determine best practices.
- Anticipates new customer segments and tailors marketing strategies to meet both current and future customer needs.
- Drive improvements in our medical education offering including digitizing the sales training process, product education and positioning by applying VOC.
What you will need :
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA preferred
8+ years of work experience required
5+ years medical device, sales education, or marketing / sales experience preferred
Global experience preferred
$98,000 - $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
