Lease Administrator
A company is looking for a Lease Administrator to manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with lease terms.Key ResponsibilitiesAbstract lease data and set up payment schedulesReconcile and process monthly rents, adjustments, and discrepanciesCommunicate and resolve disputes with landlords regarding lease provisionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and two years of commercial lease administration experience or equivalent education and experienceUnderstanding of commercial real estate leases and related terminologyExperience in abstracting lease documents into administration softwareBasic accounting skills and ability to review operating expense invoicesExperience communicating with landlords to resolve reconciliation issues
