We have an immediate need for an ambitious Sales Support Representative to join our sales, customer service and outreach team in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate for the Sales Support Representative role will be expected to deliver exceptional service to our clients and prospects.
You will identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding product and service solutions that are in the best interests of clients.
You will work collaboratively with our company's partners to provide the desired customer experience and meet overall business objectives.
Sales Support Representative Duties :
Identify customer needs and initiating the sales process to close a sales cycle
Welcome customers warmly and meeting their demands and needs with seamless execution
Contribute to meeting key business objectives and sales goals of the organization
Provide excellent customer experience by engaging with customers on a daily basis
Acting as a vital member of a collaborative and versatile team
Organize important customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Taking initiatives to discover creative approaches to help make each customer's experience personal
