Who You Are

We’re looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their career.

Active and unrestricted real estate license

You’ve closed a minimum of 10 residential sales over the last two years (excluding leases)

You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.

You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.

You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills

You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside.

• Commissions in this role are expected to range from $35K to $555K. Redfin offers a generous benefits package that includes 15 paid vacation days, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, sick leave, and flex days;
