The Job :
- Lead process improvement and systems projects to improve efficiency, support business development and improve OTIF & Fill Rate to customers.
- Provide regular updates to business unit leaders, interacting with multiple cross-functional businesses.
- Develop and align growth strategies for NA Tools and Outdoor.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive supply planning process.
- Align daily, weekly, and monthly processes with business planning vision and roadmap.
- Directly responsible for managing and leading a specific portion of the NA supply planning team.
- Business owner responsible for ensuring customer supply chain metrics are met while supporting sales and marketing.
- Develop talent and retention strategies within the supply planning team.
The Person :

In fact, you embrace it. You also have :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or another related field. MBA preferred.
- 9+ years’ experience in a senior Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Operations role.
- 2+ years of management experience leading Supply Chain Functional Teams or Customer teams.
- Advanced training or certifications in Purchasing or Materials Management, preferred.
- Knowledge of business processes related to purchasing, customer service, sales forecasting, and operational planning in addition to demonstrated management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record in building and streamlining business systems and processes utilizing an ERP system.
- Experience leading a large team.
