About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day - 4x8 - 7 AM to 3 PM Guaranteed Hours : 32 Hours per Week Experience : New Grads are Okay;
SNF Experience Preferred License : State License Required Certifications : None Specified Must-Have : - COVID test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior- Prescreen completion, including resume and license verification, attached upon application Job Description : Ensure completion and attachment of the prescreen form upon candidate submission.

- Conduct the following background checks and searches : - State License Verification - Resume Submission - References (3) - County Criminal Checks (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal Checks (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - Health and Human Services / OIG Search - General Services Administration Search - Social Security Number Trace - Two-step PPD or Quantiferon Test, or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - System for Award Management Search - State Background Check - CRIMS (facility run)
