A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join their Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group in Greensboro, NC. The role involves working on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team, focusing on patent preparation and prosecution.

Duties

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications in areas such as 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
  • Work with memory devices and semiconductor devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patent documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

    • Skills
