Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Operational Oversight : Guide day-to-day operations across multiple districts, ensuring execution of business strategies and operational efficiency.

Analyze property performance to drive regional success and contribute to strategic planning.

Budget and Financial Accountability : Responsible for meeting budget targets across the region. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Team Management and Development : Directly responsible for hiring, training, and supervising District Managers. Provide mentorship and support, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Act as a key liaison between senior management and district-level operations.

Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management : Collaborate with District Managers to ensure property management teams meet customer needs effectively.

Review and analyze customer feedback and reviews to enhance service quality. Play a role in maintaining key customer relationships, with the primary focus on operational excellence.

Reporting and Compliance : Ensure rigorous compliance with company policies and industry standards across all districts.

Monitor reporting to promptly address challenges and maintain operational standards.

Other Duties As Assigned

Periodic special projects and duties may be assigned based on Company need and requirements Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, with frequent interruptions or distractions and within tight deadlines

Education and / or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Equivalent of 3-5 years work-related experience and / or training in retail sales, retail, customer service, sales management and / or multi-unit management
  • Experience analyzing complex situations / data and implementing strategic action plans
  • Exceptional leadership skills and at least five years of experience supervising others
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation are required in order to perform essential functions of this job
  • Weekend availability may be occasionally required

Physical Demands

  • Stationary Position : frequently remains stationary and sitting up to 8 hours in a day
  • Move / Traverse : frequently bend, stand, stoop and / or walk
  • Carry Weight : infrequently carry weight and / or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Hearing and Speech : frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with clients who have inquiries about their storage accounts, billing invoice or other related account matters;

must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  • Sight : frequent use of sight to review the appearance of properties and to detect images on computer, office documents, facility objects near and far
  • Climb : occasionally ascends / descends a flight of stairs to service the lights and / or reach overhead

Work Environment

  • Regular professional, office business setting
  • Frequent outdoor exposure working in outdoor weather conditions
  • Noise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting)
  • Noise level ranges from moderate to high (if on construction worksite)
