• The Role :
• As an integral part of our legal team, you will work through all phases of litigation for our clients. This is a
• hands-on role
• where youll make a real impact on clients' lives. Heres what you can expect :
• Key Responsibilities :
• Represent clients in
• court appearances
• and hearings, guiding cases through all litigation phases.
• Prepare, review, and sign
• pleadings
• while managing a
• high-volume workflow
• Resolve contested cases by
• negotiating with opposing parties and counsel
• to reach professional, amicable solutions.
• Foster and maintain
• strong relationships
• with judges, lawmakers, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Support continuous process improvements and contribute innovative solutions to streamline case management.
• What Were Looking For :
