The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting training Kitchen & Bath product teams. Under the direction of the Product Training Program Manager, you would aid in uploading training content and

convert to online learning courses using Articulate 360 suite. In addition, this role would be responsible to aid in calendar management for the training calendar for events.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Take developed content and convert to online learning courses using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360 (Back-to-basic training courses, Category specific courses, New product launches)
  • Manage product courses in KCM by uploading curriculum for sales / marketing teams
  • Maintain Cross Category / training calendar by partnering with Sales Training / Event Planners
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university required
  • Strong understanding of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 Suite of products including Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of Articulate 360 a must.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently are essential.
  • A high sense of urgency as well as the ability to be flexible to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment are key to being successful in this position.
  • Working knowledge of e-learning principles and e-learning authoring tools would be an asset for this position.
  • Have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well.
  • The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24 to $25 / hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
