We are currently partnering with a leading firm in the construction industry to find a highly skilled and motivated Senior Preconstruction Project Manager.
This vital role involves conducting detailed cost estimates, surveys, and analysis studies across a range of facilities.
You will also collaborate on preconstruction services, assist in developing project schedules, and handle field inspections and project coordination.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
- 5-7 years of estimating experience within a construction environment.
- Familiarity with Sage Estimating Software is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in estimating and project management is preferred.
- Expertise in energy modeling studies and LEED Accredited Professional certification are beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is required.
