In This Position, You Will...
Play a key role in shaping and expanding our digital products, services, and B2B partnerships, with a focus on the United States.
If you are passionate about creating seamless, visually engaging interfaces and are adept at leveraging research to understand customer needs, map journeys, and facilitate workshops, we would love to have you join our team!
You Will Require the Following Qualifications and Skills
- Strong user research skills , including experience in customer journey mapping and workshop facilitation.
- Experience in B2B partnerships and cross-functional collaboration; consulting experience is a plus.
- Ability to translate research insights into effective product and design solutions .
- Excellent knowledge of UI design methodologies, practices, and patterns , with a proven ability to deliver tangible results.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills .
- Proficiency in English .
- A can-do attitude and openness to collaborating with diverse teams worldwide.
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating your skills and achievements.
- Additional competencies in product testing, optimization, or data analytics are advantageous.
- Previous experience with design systems, design tokens , and React-based components is a plus.

- Working daily with your design and product colleagues around the world and contributing to team culture.
- Leveraging your UI skills to create wireframes, product concepts, and high-fidelity prototypes.
